What is Screen Printing
Screen printing is one of the most common and versatile methods of printing. It works by pressing ink through a mesh screen onto a surface—typically fabric—using a squeegee. The screen holds a stencil that blocks out certain areas, so ink only passes through where it’s meant to. Each color in a design requires its own screen, so multi-color prints are created one layer at a time.
At our shop, every print is done by hand. From setting up the screens to pulling the ink, we take the time to make sure each piece is printed with care. It’s a process that produces bold, durable prints that hold up over time.

Screen Printing FAQ
What types of fabrics work best for screen printing?
Screen printing works best on cotton and cotton-blend fabrics but can be done on a variety of materials.
How many colors can I use in my design?
We can print up to 8 colors. Each color requires its own screen, so designs with many colors take more setup time and cost more. If printing bright colors on darker garments an under base white print is required.
What’s the minimum order size?
12 pieces per style. We have price breaks at 24, 36, 60, 100, 150, 300, 600, 1000, and 2500+.
How long does a typical screen printing order take?
Turnaround times depend on the size and complexity of the order, but most jobs take about 6-12 business days.
Will the print fade after washing?
No, screen printing produces durable prints that hold up well to repeated washing when cared for properly.
